Why Denver, why now

We invest where we build: at the turn of the cycle.

Denver's apartment market is emerging from a historic construction wave. New building starts have fallen sharply, demand keeps absorbing supply, and we believe the next several years favor owners who entered near the bottom.

We've operated through every Denver cycle since 2002 — and we structure each offering around long-term, fixed-rate financing designed to hold through the recovery.

Aligned with you

We operate the buildings we offer, and we invest our own capital in them. Our reputation lives in every deal.

Conservative structure

Long-term, fixed-rate government-backed financing wherever possible.

The people behind it

You invest with people, not a logo.

Weins Capital is run by the same family team that has built and operated Denver real estate since 2002 — and answers the phone when you call.

300 S Logan — the restored 1880 corner building at Logan & Alameda, Denver
Fig. 09 — 300 S Logan St · Washington Park West, Denver
From our portfolio · Case file

300 S Logan — an 1880 landmark, brought back to life.

On the corner of Logan & Alameda stands one of the neighborhood's oldest buildings — built in 1880, and for decades home to the Trevino Mortuary. Where others saw an obsolete relic, we saw irreplaceable brick, an unbeatable corner and a neighborhood on the rise.

Our team restored and converted it into 13 boutique lofts over street-level commercial space. Today the apartments are leased, and the ground floor is home to Neon Cowboy — a coffee-to-cocktails café that signed a 10-year lease.

International investors

US real estate, built for global capital

We work with investors across Latin America and beyond who want dollar-denominated, US-based real estate. There are two clear paths, and we guide you to the right one.

Path 1 · Simplest

You already have a US company or US funds

If you hold a US LLC or keep capital in the United States, you can generally invest just like a domestic investor — no additional structure required.

Path 2 · From abroad

You're investing from outside the US

We offer structures designed for foreign investors that simplify US tax exposure. Our team and advisors handle the setup with you — and we'll tell you honestly when it makes sense, and when it doesn't.

Common questions

Questions everyone asks. Plain answers.

If your question isn't here, ask us directly — we'd rather you understand everything first.

What exactly does Weins Capital do?

We develop, build, lease and manage real estate in Denver — and accredited investors can own part of specific properties alongside us. You always know exactly which building your money is in.

What is an "accredited investor"?

A US legal category. In general: you earn $200K+ per year ($300K with your spouse), or you have $1M+ in net worth not counting your home. Most people who qualify have never heard the term — we help you confirm it in minutes.

How much do I need to start?

It depends on the offering. Join the list and we'll send you the specifics of what's currently open.

How do I make money?

Depending on the property: fully-leased buildings can distribute rental income periodically, and construction projects aim to grow in value as they're completed and leased. Each offering has its own plan, explained in its own documents — with no guarantees, like any real investment.

How long is my money invested?

Private real estate is measured in years, not months, and it's illiquid — there's no market to sell your share overnight. Only invest capital you won't need in the short term. Each offering states its estimated horizon.

Can I use my IRA or 401(k)?

In many cases, yes — through self-directed retirement accounts. Ask us and we'll point you in the right direction.

What are the risks?

Real risk, including possible loss of your investment. Returns are never guaranteed. Every offering comes with documents explaining its specific risks — read them, ask everything, and be suspicious of anyone who only talks about the upside.

How do I follow my investment?

Through your own online investor portal: documents, reports and distributions, all in one place.
